Fagron UK is taking sensible precautions to guard against the effects of COVID 19 for all staff and supply chain.
To ensure business continuity the Fagron UK office will be manned by a skeleton team with all other staff members working remotely.
When working remotely our team members will retain access to emails, order and customer information and telephone facilities via a secure network.
We recommend all customers send enquiries and communications via email to email@example.com in the first instance to ensure the most efficient response possible. If required one of our team will call you back.
Office and business hours will remain 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday as we endeavour to continue operations and serve customers in a safe way.
Orders, inventory and supply chain
In 2019 Fagron UK brought all fast-moving lines to an MHRA approved UK warehouse which currently operates as normal.
We also have stock contingency with the support of our European partners within the Fagron Group.
As the situation develops and government measures come into effect in different countries, we anticipate we will inevitably see an impact on product availability in the future.
We recommend all customers plan well ahead and begin dialogue with us regarding their future requirements to help minimise disruption.
