Fagron Concepts
Private Healthcare
To meet the needs and high expectations of the discerning patient our focus should be on providing the right medicines, in the right form, in the right strength, at the right time, of the right quality, with the right evidence, in an easy to administer format, causing no adverse reactions to the patient.
To aid in the patient’s acceptance of their medicine and improve adherence, collaboration and communication is important: patient, prescriber, pharmacist and medicine supplier working together to achieve the best outcome for the patient.
Licensed or unlicensed?
Not all licensed products can satisfy the requirements of all patients. Often an unlicensed compounded medicine will provide the best patient outcome, and should be considered the first option.
Prescribers’ time is precious. By prescribing the right option for the patient the number of visits and consultations can be optimised and the end product should be a satisfied patient, and repeat business.
